We also provide support to their families and carers, including bereavement counselling.

We are looking for a clinically experienced individual (Band 6 Agenda for Change) to provide leadership, support and guidance to a wonderful team of Health Care Assistants. You will be working alongside other Registered Nurses and Care Service Administrators in the Hospice at Home team.

We offer a competitive benefits package which includes flexible working, 33 days holiday, increasing to 38 days with long service, Life Assurance, pension scheme or continue the NHS Superannuation pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, cycle to work scheme, access to discounts through the Blue Light scheme and long service awards.

Longfield is a truly wonderful place to work and we are proud of our modern, purpose-built facilities, fantastic grounds, free parking and amazing staff and volunteers.  The Specialist Nurse role is a highly rewarding and varied role with a well-regarded charity, which makes a genuine difference to lives and deaths across the county.
