Wellbeing Services Volunteers

Based in Minchinhampton

Time Commitment: Approx. 3 hours a week (depending on program)

We have some exciting volunteer roles coming up within our Wellbeing Team to help support the delivery of sessions sited here at Longfield. If you have free time during the day and have good listening and communication skills, then you may be just the person we are looking for.

Volunteers needed for the following groups:

Move More – Mondays 11:00-12:15pm

Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing – Tuesdays 2:00-3:00pm

Living Well with Fatigue and Breathlessness – Wednesdays 2:00pm- 4:00pm

Mindsong Music Therapy – Mondays 2:00-3:30pm
