Director of Wellbeing

Longfield Hospice, nr Stroud

Salary: up to £55,000

Hours – Full time (37.5 hours)

We are looking for our new Director of Wellbeing, could it be you?  If you are you passionate about enabling and empowering people to be supported and live well with life limiting illness, and looking for your next incredible role, read on.

Alongside our Director of Hospice at Home, you will lead the hospice’s palliative and end of life care provision for patients, carers and their families, ensuring it is integrated with and adds value to services provided by others across Gloucestershire. Working with a dedicated and experienced team of clinicians, counsellors, complementary therapists, administrators and volunteers, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of a high quality, patient-centred, holistic service to patients, carers and their families in all its forms.

The role includes developing our palliative care services strategy and, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to Longfield’s overall direction, vision and mission.
