A group aimed at enabling you to discuss and explore end of life care planning. There will be a range of specialists providing sessions on topics such as Lasting Power of Attorney’s, writing a will, funeral planning, anticipatory grief, the psychological process and symptom management.
This group is designed to help you think about what is important to you and how to make your wishes known to your loved ones. You will also be given the opportunity to build a Memory box over the 10 weeks, gathering and creating memories and reflections to share.
