My Grief Journey Through Art – Art Therapy Group

Grief is truly one of the most deeply painful & overwhelming emotions any of us will ever feel in our lives, but art can help us make sense of it by providing an outlet for emotions, providing a sense of relief and release.

Bereavement can be a deeply personal and private experience and it may not always be easy to express our feelings openly to others. But through creativity, we can find a way to communicate our grief in a way that feels safe and authentic. 

This is a small, safe, supportive group, helping you to explore your grief creatively. You don’t need skill or experience – just an openness and willingness to explore your feelings.
