We, at Longfield Community Hospice, are looking for an experienced Leader to join our Wellbeing Service.
You will lead, alongside the Director of Hospice at Home, the hospice’s palliative and end of life care provision for patients, carers and their families, ensuring it is integrated with and adds value to services provided by others across Gloucestershire. You will be working with a dedicated and experienced team of clinicians, counsellors, complimentary therapists, administrators and volunteers and will be responsible for the delivery and development of a high quality, patient-centred, holistic service to patients, carers and their families in all its forms.
The job entails the development of strategies for the hospice’s palliative care services and, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contribute to Longfield’s overall direction, vision and mission.
