Our Move More Programme offers an opportunity to exercise in a safe and supportive environment. Our physiotherapist will discuss your situation and work out a programme to suit your individual needs, and interests.
This service is free of charge if you are living with a life-limiting illness. To access this service you, a family member, a loved one/carer or a healthcare professional can put in a referral and once the process is complete and you are accepted into our care, you can book these courses by getting in touch with the wellbeing centre.
