Tracks of My Grief
When we experience loss, our natural inclination might be to retreat from the pain or find ways to distract ourselves from it, mindfulness encourages us to turn towards our grief with openness and compassion. During the 4 weeks we’ll share songs that remind us of our loved ones together with some gentle and grounding mindfulness through guided meditations and breathing exercises.
