Special days can prompt special memories but also touch the heart and make it a difficult day, particularly when you are still coming to terms with their death. Bereavement Counselling

There is no right, wrong or normal way to grieve and for some people it is helpful to talk about and explore those feelings.

Bereavement Café

An informal space where people can share their experiences of grief, meet new people, and feel supported.

Bereavement Group

A safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for members to explore their feelings around their grief and bereavement.
