Creative Space

Our Creative Space sessions provide a safe and private space to use art as a way to improve your wellbeing.

In the sessions, creative techniques will help you regain your spark, finding new ways of seeing through creative activities to help you relax and build your self-esteem. Art can act as a great way to take you away from your thoughts and even help with overcoming pain with distraction while building purpose and confidence.

What happens in Creative Space?

When each session starts, we’ll focus on a collective drawing exercise which allows us to draw and talk through how the week has been to get into a creative headspace. Each week, we’ll think about the question ‘who am I?’ and ‘what’s important to me?’, we’ll play around with different mediums and you’ll be able to create anything you wish.
