What’s on Now at our Wellbeing Centre
We have a wide range of programmes continually running at our wellbeing centre, take a look at the calendar below to see what’s on now. All of these services are free of charge and can be accessed by individuals with a life-limiting condition as well as their family, loved ones/ carers.
To access these services, you must be registered with a GP in Gloucestershire and complete our referral process. A referral can be placed by phone, email, post or by our online referral form. Referrals are accepted by the person with the life-limiting condition or by a family member, loved one/carer or a healthcare professional. Note that if you are making a referral on behalf of someone, you must have their consent. Once a referral is received we will do an assessment and once accepted into our care you can book on to our programmes.
