Can you conquer the coal for Longfield Community Hospice this festive season?

We’re looking for daredevils to face their fears, and take on a Festive Fire Walk on Friday 9 December on our hospice grounds.

Why not do something different this year and step into Christmas with your friends or colleagues at our Festive Fire Walk? Whether it’s already on your bucket list or something you’ve never considered doing before, fire-walking is an exhilarating way to challenge yourself.

Fearless festive fundraisers are offered the ultimate challenge of walking 15ft over hot coals at 550 degrees celsius! It may sound tricky but it’s perfectly safe.

If you can walk on fire, you can do anything!

What happens on the night?

As a Fire Walker, you will receive full training an hour before the challenge. During this time you’ll be motivated and build the confidence to complete the challenge. Then it will be time for you to take to the hot coals – we even have reindeer antlers for you to wear, if you like.

Upon finishing, you’ll be awarded a coveted reindeer medal, and shortly after the event, we will send you a certificate to celebrate your fundraising achievement; a small memento of our gratitude.

Hot and cold drinks will be available to buy on the night, along with hot food, mince pies, mulled wine and Longfield merchandise.

The Festive Fire Walk and training session is organised and conducted by UK Fire Walk, one of the UK’s leading Fire Walk companies. So don’t worry, you’ll be in safe hands!
