Grief is a complex emotion and writing about grief is equally complicated but it can also be a truly meaningful and healing exploration enabling us to process difficult experiences and emotions. During the 4 weeks we’ll use different modes of expressing our grief through words, some through directed exercises others through self-reflection & expression.
