Deputy Shop Manager

Location – Dyer Street, Cirencester

Salary – £23,096.77 (FTE)

Hours – 30 hours (including weekends) 4 days out of 7 days

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Shop Manager with excellent customer service skills to join our Dyer Street Shop in Cirencester. In this role, you will be supporting the Shop Manager and Retail Area Manager to ensure our Cirencester shop meets its full potential, and as such you will also be responsible for assisting in the shop’s day to day running. You will be responsible for staff and volunteers working in the shop, offering encouragement, support and advice whilst ensuring that both staff and volunteers have a friendly and helpful attitude to all customers.

We have 20 amazing shops across Gloucestershire run by a professional team of staff and volunteers. Working in our shops is different to working in commercial retail, every day you will be making a difference to people’s lives within your community.
