Christmas Tree Recycling
11 January 2025 @ 8:00 am – 14 January 2025 @ 5:00 pm
Longfield Community Hospice invites you to make a difference this holiday season through our annual Christmas Tree Recycling Event! Participate in this eco-friendly and charitable initiative to responsibly dispose of your Christmas tree. In return for a voluntary donation, Longfield’s team of volunteers will collect your trees from your home, at the end of the festive season, and take them to be recycled across Gloucestershire, at sites including Painswick Rococo Garden, where they will be chipped into mulch and reused locally.
We will be collecting from the following areas across Gloucestershire; with the following post codes; GL2 2, GL2 3, GL2 4, GL2 5, GL2 6, GL2 7, GL3 4, GL3 9, GL4, GL5, GL6, GL7 GL8 GL10, GL11, GL12 and GL13.
This year we are hoping to recycle more trees than ever with an aim of raising £72,000, which could help fund over 1,300 hours of Hospice at Home care or be used to support our wellbeing, counselling and bereavement support. Help us make a difference for our community and the environment by registering your Christmas tree collection today!
