All profits from any raffles conducted by Longfield are used to fund the work of Longfield’s free care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses, their family members and carers.
By taking part in this raffle you agree to the following terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Longfield’s decisions pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
1. You represent and agree that you are:
a. Over 18 years of age
b. You are a resident of Great Britain.
c. You will not buy or purport to buy an entry in this raffle on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
d. You will provide accurate entry information, including your name and address
e. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the Promoter the above.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Great Britain (including staff and volunteers of Longfield) but excludes: Debbie Linton from Longfield as promoters of the raffle.
3. Entry cost is £1 per ticket, payable in advance, by one of the methods permitted within the entry form. Payment by credit card is strictly prohibited. Entries may not be sold to or by anyone less than 18 years of age. Each ticket represents one entry only.
4. Longfield is not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries that reach us after the closing date, or for any delay in bank payments. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
5. Longfield may (without giving any reason or notice, at its absolute discretion) decline to accept an entry.
6. The draw is conducted on 14/12/2026. The closing date for entries will be 11/12/2026. The draw will take place at Longfield, Burleigh Lane, Minchinhampton, Glos GL5 2PQ. All tickets will be put into a secure container and picked out by an independent person with witnesses. The results of the draw are final.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing as soon as possible after the draw. A list of winning numbers will be made available within 7 days of the draw at www.longfield.org.uk/longfield-raffle or in print on request by calling Longfield Fundraising team on 01453 885282, unless there are delays in contacting the winners, in which case the list will be made available as soon as the winners’ are finalised. There are no alternatives to any of the prizes.
8. Winners will be asked to take part in reasonable post-event publicity, but this is not obligatory.
9. The Longfield complaints and disputes procedure form part of Longfield’s policies and procedure for the raffle. This will be made available to customers upon request by calling our fundraising team on 01453 886868 or by writing to fundraising at Longfield at the address above.
10. Longfield advises that all supporters gamble responsibly. If you’d like to be excluded from future Longfield raffle/lottery communications for a specific period of time due to a gambling addiction, please contact our fundraising team to be sent a self-exclusion form at 01453 886868 or via email at supporter.admin@longfield.org.uk

12. The winners’ contract in respect of the non-cash prizes is directly with the supplier of the prize, and Longfield shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or any part of it. There may be certain conditions attached to some prizes including expiry dates. Suppliers or manufacturers of prizes are not responsible in any way for this raffle. On occasion, it may be necessary to substitute a non-cash prize, where events are outside of the control of Longfield.
13. Longfield Community Hospice reserves the right to contact you in the event that a large quantity of tickets is purchased to confirm your intent.
