Information for Families and Carers
Discussing your needs
We recognise and understand that caring for or perhaps living with a loved one or friend with a diagnosis of a life-limiting condition brings many challenges. Coming to terms with a loved one facing death is an extremely difficult and emotional time and Longfield are here to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and support you and those around you.
Longfield Hospice helps you to maintain control of your own emotional wellbeing and will provide you with any information necessary to help you and your loved ones access any appropriate services. All services provided by Longfield can be accessed free-of-charge with the generous support of Gloucestershire Carers Hub.

For anyone wishing to access any of our services or self-refer, please call the hospice on 01453 733706 or email wellbeing@longfield.org.uk. We will return your call or email as quickly as we possibly can.
