Being diagnosed with a life-limiting condition, or supporting someone who is, can bring many questions and emotions. You may be thinking about what lies ahead, adjusting to change, or reflecting on what matters most to you. Whether you are living with a life-limiting condition yourself or supporting someone you love, our professional counselling team is here to help.
We offer one-to-one counselling in a safe, supportive, and confidential space which can give you time to talk openly, explore your feelings, and find support during a difficult time. We provide FREE counselling and emotional support to help you, your family and loved ones/ carers make sense of your feelings and find support when you need it most.


Who we help
Individuals registered with a Gloucestershire GP and living with a life-limiting condition or are a family member, loved one/ carer of someone who has been diagnosed.


How to Refer
Anyone can make a referral. We accept self referrals and referrals on behalf of an individual with their consent from a family member, loved one/ carer or a professional.
